Why Choose Roni Heinrich?
Roni Heinrich, Realtor
I was born in a small town two hours east of Lexington, Kentucky. I am the eldest of four children. Our heritage of the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky is known for coal mining. This is also the birthplace of the coal miner’s daughter, Loretta Lynn.
My education began at Pikeville Elementary in Pikeville, Kentucky. I graduated with honors from Millard High School, Millard Kentucky. Soon after, I obtained my license for dental assisting working in the field for five years . In 1985 I continued school once more and achieved my cosmetology license. Within the following 20 years, I opened four nail salons. In my spare time for recreation I enjoyed flying and receiving my private pilots license, soloing in eight hours. Throughout the years I chose to try my hand in many business ventures. I simply let my heart lead and gained experiences based on many various interests.
Through hard work I had the opportunity to achieve my dreams of travel and living abroad. Residing five years in California and then in New Zealand for the next four years. Traveling to Australia and through out Europe remains the best educational experience of discovering different cultures. The experiences became great personal honors in my life.
In 1999 I married my wonderful and supportive husband Tom Heinrich. I have a handsome stepson Alex who is 17 years old . I also have a beautiful daughter Hannah Rose who is 9 years old and attends R.B. Hunt Elementary. Motherhood gives me great purpose and with its many rewards makes each day special and unique.
After falling in love with St. Augustine we relocated from Orlando four years ago to the historic old town district. In just under two years Tom and I restored our 1889 Victorian house from the ground up. My family attends the First United Methodist on King Street. I am an active member of the church and community.
I am so proud to call this beautiful city of St. Augustine my home. Every day I feel continually blessed to be here.
